* 4 copies Housing Loan Application with recent 1×1 picture of the borrower (4 pcs.)
* Approved Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS) (Updated at least 24 months member contribution)
* Complete post-dated checks for equity and processing fees
* For PAG-IBIG Overseas Program (POP) Members
* Employment Contract or Employer’ Certificate of Income, duly certified by the employer (with English translation if foreign language) or other valid Proof of Income (Salary Certification)
* Special Power of Attorney notarized prior to date of departure or for members abroad, duly certified and authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the country where member is staying
* POEA Information Sheet (if under agency); OWWA Information Sheet (if direct employed by employer)
