The City Government of Davao has provided a downloadable unofficial document for people who wish to travel outside of the city, but are still required by other LGUs to present a travel order despite the GCQ during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please note that the May 15, 2020, IATF Omnibus Guide Sec 7 (6) states that the movement of persons across areas placed under GCQ and MGCQ for any purpose other than leisure shall be permitted.
